Returns & Exchanges

At PROCLUB, we stand by the quality of our apparel; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition with all tags attached to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging and include the provided packing slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label generated from our portal and affix it firmly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number until your refund is processed.
